Themistoklis P. Chatziioannou
Themistoklis P. Chatziioannou combines over three decades of legal expertise with a forward-looking vision for the ethical governance of emerging technologies. As a pioneer in the intersection of law and artificial intelligence, he emphasizes the crucial role of AI ethics in safeguarding human rights, transparency, and accountability in digital transformation. His practice and teaching underscore that innovation must be balanced with responsibility, ensuring that legal frameworks evolve to protect individuals, empower businesses, and foster trust in AI-driven systems. Through his publications and advisory work, Themistoklis advocates for an ethical legal culture where technology serves humanity without compromising fundamental values.
- Founder of inlaw.gr, a pioneering online legal documentation platform that provides access to case law (over 100,000 court decisions), legislation, and guidance on corporate structures.
- Author of books such as: “Commercial Companies,” “Private Company Limited by Shares,” “Cheque,” “Bill of Exchange,” and “Lawyering in the New Era: From Lawyer Erectus to Lawyer Deus” (2025), which focuses on digitalization and innovation in the legal profession, with particular emphasis on investments and intellectual property.

Pavlos Doikos
Pavlos Doikos is an environmental scientist with international graduate studies (USA, Sweden) and over 20 years of experience managing EU and UN projects in the fields of environment, climate, sustainability and innovation. For the past 13 years in Brussels, he has coordinated one of the European Commission’s largest framework contracts supporting the monitoring and communication of LIFE projects (DG ENV, DG CLIMA). He combines deep expertise in environmental policy with strong skills in quality assurance, digital project management, and cloud-based tools, ensuring efficient, transparent, and innovative delivery.

Lida Ampatzi
Lida Ampatzi, is a financial economist. Having previously held senior positions in the banking sector over the last 20 years, she has worked as a consultant and seminar instructor, specializing in drafting, submitting, and managing EU-funded project proposals. With a strong background in financial economics she has undertaken multiple roles in EU funded projects including project & financial management, dissemination & exploitation and business plans for large multinational companies, SMEs, consultancies, research & academic institutions, banks and public local authorities in the EU.

Zornitza Marinova
Zornitza is a versatile project management professional with extensive experience leading complex, cross-sector initiatives in both private and public environments. She manages full project lifecycles - from planning, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to execution and post-project evaluation - ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Portsmouth (1991-1996) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the International University of Sofia (1997-1999). With strong skills in process design, financial oversight, and risk management, she consistently drives efficiency and high-quality outcomes in coordinating EU funding proposals. Her experience also includes strategic communication, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration. She is adept at aligning project objectives with organizational goals while maintaining clear reporting and structured execution.
